Andre Coutu was amazing throughout the process. I can't imagine doing this again with someone else. My wife and I went through the majority of the home buying price from over 800 miles away. Andre made the process easy on us. Now, after the process has ended, I see Andre as my friend! More agents should be like this guy... An all around terrific person with a heart for what he does.

Andre was there for us every step of the way.....from packing boxes and helping us load our moving van to painting trim and doors in final preparations to selling the house. He took care of many of the littlest things that I had no idea about like Radon testing and updated smoke alarms. One big open house and he had over 20 couples thru our home in just 6 hours. I had a contract signed in only 3 days for way more than our asking price and things couldn't have gone smoother from start to finish. Two Thumbs Up!!!

He took the time to really get to know our family and what we were looking for as first time home owners and walk us through the process. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to really explain what he looked for when touring homes and some general maintenance things a first time home owner might not think about.

We absolutely loved Andre! Not only was he a very personable person, he was very professional and went above and beyond. My husband and I had reached out to a few agents prior to working with Andre. They were unprofessional and we didn't find it worthwhile to continue working with them after our first meeting. It was a dream when we found Andre, and we were very impressed with his upbeat attitude and determination to find us something good. We let him know our desires for a new house and he quickly got a feel for what we wanted. His knowledge of the area really helped us find our first home together as a family. Most of all, he was always in our corner, fought for us, and gave us phenomenal advice (we didn't always follow it.. but lesson learned! listen to Andre if you work with him). He was always responsive and on top of everything. He negotiated well, and really handled the process smoothly from beginning to end. We were thrilled to work with him, will recommend him to everyone, and will certainly give him the first ring for our next house.

Andre helped me purchase my first home in 2015. He was the second agent that I used; I did not have a good experience with the first one from a different company. Andre was very attentive. He met with me in my apartment and gained an understanding for my style of home. He gave me advice about the different locations where I was looking to move, and finally helped me to select my new home. He was active in every step of the process, and I appreciated his familiarity with the process and knowledge about houses. I think Andre is a great agent, knowledgeable and friendly. I would use him again to buy another home.

Andre was wonderful all around. The homebuying process was much less stressful this time versus with the realtors who helped me buy the first time. He was very communicative. I definitely recommend his services and I myself would use his services if/when needed in the future.
